Welcome to Sopot, one of the most beautiful towns in Poland where history inspires. AQUARIUS – a modern small estate – harmoniously fits into the historical surroundings of the resort. The residential buildings brings traditional shapes of Sopot villas. The modern office building with heavily studded with glass stands out with its classic facade design and a distinctive cornice.
Architectural details of historic brewery cellars have been preserved until today and recall the history of this place, and restored cast iron and steel original elements as well as bricks and stones from the demolished part of the cellars add character to the green spaces around the buildings.
AQUARIUS estate is conveniently located. Residents will find peace and quiet in the nearby forest. Additionally, a park is planned in the premises. Large spaces between buildings will provide for intimacy.

This modern estate is being constructed right next to a popular lookout point ‘Royal Hill’ (Wzgórze Królewskie) – in the midst of abundant greenery and close to the pre-war footpaths in the beautiful moraine hills. Until the end of the Great War it housed „Castle Mountain” brewery, founded by Augustus Karpinski, which was later transformed into a dairy works, then a furniture factory, and (after World War II) into a toy factory which operated until 1944.
