Domestic maintenance company are seeking a team leader to join their expanding operation.
Minimum requirements:
Potential candidates should have previous experience leading a team and possess a full clean Irish driving license. Good painting skills and experience with ladders is desirable but not essential.
Duties include:
Managing a team of two general operatives
Ensuring quality of work
Scheduling work effectively
Meeting and dealing with customers
Working on the jobs and facilitating the work of the general operatives (such as window cleaning, power washing, garden maintenance, painting and a multitude of other types of work.)
Qualities required:
Flexibility and availability (30 - 60 hours per week, 6 days if required)
Exceptional time management
Commitment and enthusiasm to the job and the company
