We are searching for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager for a 50 seater restaurant in Clonakilty, West Cork. The candidate should have a restaurant background with a strong knowledge of food and beverages. We are looking for a flexible individual with flair, originality and drive. The ideal candidate will be energetic and motivated to support the running of the restaurant.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 3 years recent previous experience as a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor in an English speaking restaurant.
• Excellent customer service, leadership, communication and motivational skills with the ability to influence change.
• Must have a sound background in food trends, be passionate about and understand new food & hospitality ideas
• Can bring that interest and ambition to the table, a presence and positive communication.
• Strong Bar & Restaurant experience and a passion for quality
• Flexibilty around working hours
• Ability to help in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
• Ability to use own initiative
• High proficiency in cash handling, checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
• Honest, Reliable and Hard Working Team Player
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
