Volleyball for Adult Beginners This eight-week (12 hours) beginnerscourse in Bishopstown Community School will be held on Monday and/or Thursdaynights, commencing in early October. It will cater for both men and women andit will introduce the basic skills of volleyball in a friendly socialatmosphere. Participants will have the chance to make new friends and toincrease their fitness levels as they learn the skills of this popularnon-contact worldwide Olympic team sport.
